It is that time of the year when the heavens and the earth seem to rejoice in quiet unison, bathed in a pristine radiance that shimmers and glistens beneath the translucent, benevolent gaze of the sun. Here, the air hums to the secret tenderness; the birds, in playful reverence, lend their song to the air. All creation seems to breathe in harmony, composing a silent hymn of peace and tranquil delight – a sacred symphony between earth and sky.
I cannot adequately express my gratitude to each one of you for the immense affection and unwavering support you’ve so generously bestowed upon my words, poetry, and reviews (cinematic and literary). I am profoundly humbled by your thoughtful feedback, and completely moved by the resonance my work has found with you. I have received many requests, where you have graciously urged me to render my poems in Hindi.
I have endeavoured to capture the very essence of those poems – originally written in English into Hindi, a language reminiscent of our culture and land, carrying within it a depth and soul of its own.
This poem is an ode of inspiration drawn from one of finest creations of Indian cinema, Saiyaara. Heartfelt congratulations to the producers, the entire cast, and the crew of the film for its stupendous success and well-deserved acclaim!
Happy Dhanteras!
