spurting a sense of happiness and confidence inside
weighing multitudes of options
a palette of paint, silencing the noise
wondering what the desired outcome is like.
With each master brush stroke, I create caricatures
of subdued emotions, a subtle move, a compelling narrative
of embedded curiosity, constrained desire
a want so deep, in this travesty of inhibited expression
waiting to be unleashed.
A mélange of vibrant colours, portraying
the nine emotions of life, I carve a vivid yearning
expressing the fire of vulnerability
in its purest form, notwithstanding
the outlandish societal norms.
I dare to dream, in this world that breathes
fire and pain, sustaining doubts and vain
I create a tale of picturesque beauty
unblemished with doubts and uncertainties.
